The Roots Blowers, Compressors, and Controls product line of Howden Roots has been in manufacture since 1854 providing highest quality and most reliable air and gas moving blowers and compressors to all industries and applications around the world. These installations are backed-up by global service capability.

The Product line consists of a full range of 'Roots' type Rotary Blowers ranging from 1HP to 4000HP handling air, steam, and gas applications and a full range of Centrifugal Compressors including: Turbo Blower packages, API 617 & 672 Integral Gear Compressors, API 617 Single Stage Compressors, and API 617 Heavy Duty Multistage Compressors.

The Product line also includes controls not only for the monitoring health and controlling the Blowers and Compressors but also for controlling the dissolved oxygen in the wastewater treatment process.

Roots Blowers ranging in flow capability from 10CFM to 60,000CFM handling air, steam, and gas applications. The various models in this product range has many options such as materials of construction, pressure lubrication, seal arrangements, and accessory choices.

Centrifugals:

The Roots Turbo Blower Packages ranging from 30HP to 400HP integrating the complete drive system including permanent magnet air foil bearing drive motors. The enclosed packages include a full monitoring health and control system with a touch screen as well meeting 85dBA maximum noise level.
